Choose your preferred shipping and payment method. Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Have you not received it? Please contact our customer service.

Our payment methods

We offer all common payment methods in our online checkout. Choose the option that suits you best. Below you will find a short overview of each payment method and its influence on the processing of your order. We do not charge any additional fees for these payment methods.

iDEAL

The fastest way to pay for your order is via iDEAL. You will be redirected directly to your online banking environment. No registration or account is required to use iDEAL. You can complete your payment quickly and easily in the secure online payment environment of your own bank.

PayPal

PayPal offers the flexibility to choose the best payment method for your purchase. Your PayPal account can be linked to, among others, your bank account and credit cards. We usually receive the payment confirmation from PayPal immediately, allowing us to process your order without delay.

Pay later with Klarna

With our payment partner Klarna, you can pay after your order has been delivered. You must complete the payment within 14 days of placing your order. Please note that we cannot modify your order if you have paid with Klarna.

Klarna Pay Now

Pay Now is a payment method that allows customers to choose between an online bank transfer or direct debit. Checkout is completed with just one click. If additional information is required to complete the transaction, Klarna will automatically request it.

Credit card

International bank transfer

If you choose to pay by international bank transfer, the payment is processed via the Adyen payment platform. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the bank transfer details. These are Adyen’s details and include a unique code that links your payment to your order. 

If you do not include this code when making the transfer, the payment will not be successful and the amount will be refunded automatically. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay offers an easy and fast payment option.
Because you have a payment method linked to your account, you simply log in and click pay.
Click the Amazon Pay button during checkout and you will be redirected to the Amazon Pay security page. Once you log in and click “Pay now”, you will automatically return to our website and your order will be paid.

Google Pay

Use Google Pay if you want to pay with your Google account. Your payment details are linked to your Google account. Click the Google Pay button during checkout and you will be redirected to the Google Pay security page. After logging in and clicking “Pay now”, you will return to our website and your order will be paid. 

Apple Pay

Use Apple Pay if you want to pay with your Apple account. Your payment details are linked to your Apple account. Select Apple Pay during checkout and confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. After confirmation, you will automatically return to our website and your order will be paid.

Bancontact / Mr Cash

Bancontact / Mister Cash is the payment method that allows customers in Belgium to pay directly online via the online payment systems of the major Belgian banks.

For all items you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies. Statutory warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer may reasonably expect from it.
