In this photo tutorial, you will see how to knot the Colour River Bar pattern. The Colour River Bar knot was designed by JD Lenzen and is easy to make.

Make the Colour River Bar knot with multiple colours of Paracord 550 Type III. The knot will be about 2 cm wide and 1.1 cm thick. In the MatchMaker you can see how many meters of paracord you need and you can choose the colours for your project.

Colour 1: Black Paracord 550 Type III, colour 2: Petrol Blue Paracord 550 Type III and colour 3: Ice Blue Paracord 550 Type III

After making the setup and adding the colours, it is helpful to check that the length of the setup is still correct. Make sure the left and right strands of each colour ware the same length.

Knotting the Colour River Bar

Tighten the knot. Repeat from step 3 and continue until your work is the desired length.
