Elastic Cord

Our elastic cord is available in diameters from 1 mm to 10 mm, in solid colours and package deals. It's the standard choice wherever a project needs to stretch and spring back: drawstring bags, adjustable masks, cord-lock closures and any accessory that needs to fit snugly without a rigid fastener. Thinner diameters (1-3 mm) suit fine jewellery and small adjustments, while 6-10 mm gives a stronger stretch for bags, bungee-style ties and heavier-duty elastic closures.

Linhasita & Waxed Polyester Cord

Linhasita waxed cord is a Brazilian-made waxed polyester thread, widely used for macramé, hand-stitching leather and knotted jewellery. The wax coating keeps the thread from fraying, holds a knot tightly, and gives a smooth pull through leather or fabric, which is why it's a favourite for saddle-stitching alongside a leather needle. We stock it in twisted and braided constructions from roughly 0.5 to 1.2 mm, alongside our own waxed polyester cord range in the same thickness bracket.

Hemp Rope

Our hemp cord, made by Hemptique, is 100% natural hemp fibre: biodegradable, oil-free and AZO-free. It has a slightly coarser texture than cotton or polyester cord, which gives macramé and jewellery projects a natural, rustic look. Beyond macramé and accessory cord, hemp cord is also popular for gift wrapping, plant ties and other projects where a natural fibre look matters more than a glossy finish.

Jute Rope

Jute rope has a rougher, more fibrous texture than hemp or cotton, and is the natural choice for rustic and outdoor-style projects: garden ties, decorative rope work, plant hangers and craft projects where a raw, undyed look is the goal. It's less suited to fine jewellery, where a smoother cord like Linhasita or Rattail Satin gives a cleaner finish.

Cotton & Macramé

Our cotton and macramé range includes twisted cotton rope in a wide range of colours and thicknesses, designed for wall hangings, plant hangers and traditional macramé work. Softer and more matte than synthetic cord, cotton takes dye well and is easy to knot without slipping.

Rattail Satin Cord

Rattail satin cord is a 100% polyester cord with a smooth, glossy satin finish, designed to be shown off rather than hidden inside a knot. It's a popular choice for Chinese knotting, Kumihimo braiding and as a decorative accent alongside paracord braiding, where its shine contrasts with a matte paracord finish.

Recycled Polyester Cord

Made from recycled rPET fibres, this cord offers similar strength and handling to standard polyester cord, with a lower environmental footprint. Available in 2 to 10 mm diameters, it's a solid general-purpose choice for makers who want to reduce the use of virgin plastic without giving up durability.

Climbing Rope

Our climbing rope is a decorative, PPM-based rope styled after traditional climbing and nautical rope, popular for home decor, rope railings and craft projects that want a rugged, outdoor look. It is not certified climbing equipment and should never be used for actual climbing, rigging or load-bearing safety applications. If you're looking for genuine climbing gear, this isn't it, but if you want the look of climbing rope for a decorative project, this is a durable and affordable option.
